Everlasting covenant made with Abraham & Sarah
Children of Abraham are spiritual progeny.
Those who hear intelligently will laugh with Sarah

Israel h3478. יִשְׂרָאֵל Yisrâʾêl, yis-raw-ale´; from 8280 and 410; he will rule as God; Jisraël, a symbolical name of Jacob; also (typically) of his posterity:—Israel.
Sarah h8280. שָׂרָה sârâh, saw-raw´; a prim. root; to prevail:—have power (as a prince).
Everlasting God, Almighty God, Most High God h410. אֵל ʾêl, ale; short. from 352; strength; as adj. mighty; espec. the Almighty (but used also of any deity):—

Romans 2:28–29 Caution against Hypocrisy

Jeremiah 32:40 (KJV) God’s Assurance of the People’s Return
40 And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me.

God’s covenant is to put wisdom in our hearts (Jer 32:40)

Proverbs 14:33 (NKJV)
33 Wisdom (h2451) rests in the heart of him who has understanding, But what is in the heart of fools is made known.

Heart h3820. לֵב lêb, labe; a form of 3824; the heart; also used (fig.) very widely for the feelings, the will and even the intellect; likewise for the centre of anything:—

LTW - (lēb); לֵבָב (lēbāb). n. masc. heart, mind, self, inner person. Refers to the central organ of the body and to inner person, generally as the seat of emotions, desires, or the will.
While the heart can be used literally for the vital organ, the majority of the uses of the term in the Bible treat the “heart” as the seat of a person’s emotions, passions, and thoughts. The heart is the central living, thinking, feeling essence of a person.

You can see the Holy Spirit resemblance to Wisdom – “Resting”
