Newly released cell phone footage from New Orleans captures the moment terrorist Shamsud Din Jabbar exits his crashed vehicle and begins firing into the crowd.

The suspect was fatally shot by police at the scene and is believed to have been part of a larger group.

Jabbar, a former registered Democrat who donated to ActBlue, served 10 years in the military as a Human Resources and IT specialist and had recently been working as a real estate agent in Houston, Texas.
