The name of the place is Smoke On The Water and their specialty is Bar-B-Que. Owner and Chef J.J. Richert says that he and his brothers started it as "kind of a hobby." The restaurant features specialties that are smoked right outside the building like chicken and ribs. But J.J. says he tries to offer items that will appeal to non-meat eaters too, adding "we don't just do Bar-b-que, we have a nice sea food option like tuna tacos."
