Drugs, stress, brain fog, bullied, schizophrenia, depressed, Alzheimers, suicide. Finding a solution to this problem is proving to be quite challenging. The most effective action you can take is to provide support and help to individuals who are currently experiencing hardship and adversity. Encouraging words for individuals facing depression and mental health issues. Communicate with the person who is struggling, but avoid overwhelming them with excessive or unnecessary words or actions. Cherish and dedicate quality time to those you hold dear, your loved ones and friends, making the most of every moment you share. Kindly provide words of encouragement to uplift and inspire others. It is important to create a schedule for yourself that includes social interaction to avoid spending excessive amounts of time by yourself. This video should provide encouragement and empathy from a perspective of someone who has spent a significant portion of their life grappling with similar struggles and challenges.
