Slow Crank Caused by a Voltage Drop

My customer brought in his 2007 BMW X3 to have a few different issues looked at. It wasn't on the list but we noticed the car cranked over slowly during starting. When I tested the battery I found that it was brand new. The customer had replaced it to solve the slow cranking issue without success. When we removed the lower engine plastics we were able to find the problem fairly quickly....
