Homeless man charged in Englewood burglaries

We're more about learning a man who reportedly shot a dog after he says it attacked his own dog. Charlotte County Sheriff’s deputies say Matthew O'Connor was arrested Monday. Deputies say their investigation began with a stolen motorcycle and a car break-in.
