One injured in KCK officer-involved shooting

One person was injured during an officer-involved shooting Tuesday night in Kansas City, Kansas. Investigators said a man called police to report he caught someone breaking into his car. He said when he confronted the person near his car, the suspect fired a gun into the air and ran off. Police officers responded to the neighborhood and found a person matching the suspect's description on a bicycle nearby. Investigators said the suspect pulled out a gun, at which point officers shot him.
