The Only Way Flying Cars Will Work For The Populace Is If They Are AI Controlled From Destination To Destination And All Moving Parts Such As Rotor Blades Are Fully Incased In Some Type Of Shielding To Keep People And Animals From Getting Accidentally Shredded. I'd Say In Maybe Another 10-15 Years For Those Who Survive To Then, May See Passenger Drones For Consumers Come Into Limited Use.
