The more common view is that the party would have suffered a larger electoral defeat and lost even more congressional seats had Biden remained the nominee.” .” Biden departing st. Croix after five days. Waking up on the island, giving what many call that disastrous debate performance in June. Some wonder how he could have stayed in the race.
