In North Zagoria, a task force assembled from parts of 3rd Battalion, Chernaurus 10th Separate Tank Brigade was ordered to march on the village of Vladimirovka, where separatist forces were expected to attack from the north.

Once the task force was deployed, an enemy attack took place from the northeast against 2nd Squad and two of the three task force's tanks. On the west side, Command Squad fought off Spanish regulars, forcing them back with intense rifle fire. Separatists also attacked using two technicals and one BTR APC. Those vehicles were stopped with tank gunfire, and with RPG fire.

But it came to commander's attention that separatist heavy armor has set up an armor block to the east. That block cost the task force both scout cars as they were moving east. When the commander ordered the tanks forward, Tank 3 was destroyed after coming into a crossfire from a pair of T-55 tanks.

The remaining two tanks along with the T-34 from Reinforcing Rifle Squad 2, managed to destroy the armor block enabling the task force to withdraw successfully.

Losses were heavy. Scout 1 BRDM and Scout 2 BRDM were destroyed. Tank 3 was destroyed. 2nd Squad lost four including their BMP, while Command Squad lost one. Reinforcing Rifle Squad 2 lost four.

Field counts of enemy losses included six BMP IFVs, five UAVs, three Mi-8 Wagner Group operated gunships, three T-55 tanks, two technicals, one T-34 tank, one BRDM scout car, and one BTR-80A.

Intelligence staff for 3rd Battalion reported that the total armor force for the separatists was completely destroyed, but more attacks on other areas of the front were to be expected in the coming weeks.
