In this video I show you Step by Step
How to make PF Tek & Modified PF Tek
Using Sunflower seeds from Wild Bird Seed

The Standard Recipe for PF Tek is:
2 cups Vermiculite to 1 cup water.
Mix thoroughly until fully absorbed.
Then mix your Hydrated Vermiculite
With 1 cup of Brown Rice Ground down
Into Brown Rice Flour.

This recipe makes exactly 5 Half Pint Jars.

I'm also doing the exact recipe but instead
Of Brown Rice it's Sunflower seeds, also
Ground down into a Flour.
