Port Strike could happen again on Jan. 15, 2025 - 36 Ports could shut down on East and Gulf Coast!

Back in October, the International Longshoremen’s Association went on strike for three days. It temporarily paralyzed 36 ports along the East and Gulf coasts.

Those ports, including the Port of Tampa Bay, reopened days after a tentative deal was reached, but it expires on January 15.

Maersk: No progress in ILA-USMX talks.
Talks between the ILA and USMX remain at a standstill, according to Maersk.

Joe Biden did a 90-day reprieve to kick the can down the raod to Trump. The strike potentially occurs on Jan. 15, 2025. Trump would come into office on Jan. 20, 2025.

Trump could already be in talks with the unions while Joe Biden is on vacation and could care less. Joe Biden is a bid union guy is his own words.

The union could force Trump into another 90-day reprieve till the contract is complete.
