In this video, we actually see a BMP-3 with the additional armour screen + the ERA block mounts.
However, we don't see the Cactus kit on the mounts, but large-sized modules, probably filled with ERA similar to 4C22 "Kontakt-5" or small ERA 4C20 "Kontakt-1".

In the video we can also see quite well the loading mechanism of the 2А70 gun and the firing of shells ЗОФ70 against enemy positions located, judging by the degree of elevation at 5000 meters from the firing position.
