Michael Fish's NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast

Today will have a couple clouds popping up with the heating of the day. With these clouds, we still could see an isolated T'storm pop, but there should be less than yesterday. That means a lot of your day should be dry. Highs will top out in the low-80s, though cooling along the lake. If there's a stray shower out there in the early evening, any of those will die off, then skies will just be mostly clear with lows near 60. There will be a risk of showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon Wednesday as a cold front approaches. We will begin on the sunny side of things but by the afternoon and evening, the clouds and scattered T'storms will move in from the west.  Most of Thursday just looks cooler, but there will be a slight chance of an isolated shower. Highs will only top out in the low-70s. Friday looks dry with highs in the lower 80s. Warm air returns for hte weekend, highs topping off in the upper-80s both Saturday and Sunday. A risk of showers and storms comes back mainly Sunday night and Monday.
