The morality of The Office captures the morality that takes place in actual offices. Parks and Rec's morality reveals itself sooner than The Office's morality, and this is why it's slightly less successful a show. The Office has a Christian morality because it emphasizes the dangers of pursuing your individual dreams out in the world.
