One of the consistent references Islam makes to justify the contradictions between the Quran and the Bible is that the true message of Jesus is in a book called the “Injeel”.

    I would like to point out that the Christians which lived in Arabian at the time of Muhammad were predominantly non-chalcedonian (Nestorians and Miaphysites). I'm a Coptic Christian, and in our Churches liturgy one of the books we use is called the "Holy Gospel" its single book that contains all 4 Gospels. In the 7th century this was no different.
