Former state representative Tom Brunner, current house representative Travis Ismay and I have a discussion on school choice amidst our conversation about legislative committees, the education committee in particular and the role that committee and the chairman of that committee plays in thwarting bills such as school choice or working to try to ensure they're successful in passing the house and senate.
