Dr. Hussam is currently held in Israel's Sde Teiman detention camp

The family of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, the director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, urgently appeals to the international community to take real action for his release. They mention that Dr. Hussam is currently held in Israel's Sde Teiman detention camp.

On Saturday, the Israeli army kidnapped Dr. Hussam from Kamal Adwan Hospital after storming the facility and setting several parts on fire.

According to eyewitnesses, Israeli forces assaulted him, whipping him with an electrical cable and forcing him to strip along with other staff members at the Al-Fakhoura interrogation center.
