Ground and Pound Combination 1 (Demonstrated from Mount (Ground Position 4, but can be utilized in Side Control (Position 2), North/South (Position 3) and variations arise from other positions ( i.e. Scarf Hold ( Position 1) Stockade (Position 33 ) etc.

Reverse Punches are used here in a pattern of Left/Right Left, then Elbow Smash , or Right/Left/Right then Elbow Smash
