I wanted to make people feel warm around me, not cold and tense. So I replaced a habit.
I wanted to get better sleep, so I went to sleep earlier, adjusted my nutrition, journaled, added transitions and routines...instead of drinking diet coke, watching Netflix, and scrolling 1 minute before bed.
Working out for stress relief instead of drinking.
Reading when you're bored instead of scrolling.
Counting to 10 when you are tested by your kids instead of snapping.
Replace your habits.
Go through your life one by one and rebuild yourself brick by brick.
What can happen in 12 months if you do this?
