Jan. 6’ers Launch $50B Class Action Lawsuit Against Biden DOJ For Harm Caused By ‘Weaponized DOJ'

More than 100 people who were jailed over Jan. 6 have launched a historic $50 Billion Lawsuit against the Department of Justice.
The so-called January 6 Restitution and Wrongful Incarceration Lawsuit is spearheaded by Jake Lang who has been behind bars for almost four years.
It’s set to be filed on January 20, 2025, and seeks to compensate the Jailed Jan 6ers for the ‘extensive harm inflicted by a weaponized justice system.’
According to Federal Watchdog, the plaintiffs were “hunted down like animals” by the FBI for peacefully protesting at the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
The lawsuit, stating, “This isn’t just about restitution; it’s about setting a precedent. Weaponized government and lawfare against conservatives can never become the standard in America.”
