GOLDEN CINNAMON RUSH
Basically, this is a Gold Rush with vanilla and cinnamon flavors. It actually tastes a bit like Christmas lemon cake.

Setting a cinnamon stick on fire to smoke the frosted glass with cinnamon smoke is not a good idea. Yes, it looks great and grabs attention. However, a little too much cinnamon smoke tastes extremely bitter right away, and the smell is far from pleasant. That’s why I recommend sprinkling cinnamon powder over an open flame. It looks great too, and since not everything burns, you’ll still get a delicious cinnamon aroma.

Recipe:
60ml-2oz WHISKEY
30ml-1oz fresh LEMON JUICE
15ml- ½oz RAW HONEY
1 dash VANILLA EXTRACT
1 pinch of CINNAMON

Stir first three ingredients in base of your shaker until the honey has dissolved. Alternatively, you can use honey syrup in a 3:1 ratio as it dissolves better. The measurements need to be adjusted in this case, of course. Add ice and shake hard. Mist your rocks glass with a dash of vanilla extract. Fine strain into ice filled glass. Flambé a pinch of cinnamon over your drink.
