Dear Unknown Friends, today I present some further ruminations on Christian amulet making in light of new archeological research and recovery. Fitting that the land which the St Benedict Medal was discovered happens to have, by way of the Frankfurt Amulet discovery, a tradition of orthopractical amulet making as far back as the 3rd Century AD.
