Storm Shield Forecast morning update 7/30/18

We're seeing more clouds today as monsoonal moisture pushes in from the east, but the continued 100s for the valley, KRV & desert evaporates most of the rain chances and we'll stay smoky too. Expect a high of 103 in Bakersfield this afternoon, with a high of 100 in Lake Isabella and 101 in Kernville. Tehachapi is once again in the low 90s this afternoon with the upper 80s in Frazier Park.
