Autism and Trauma are deeply intertwined in ways that often go unnoticed. In this video, I share my personal journey of living over half of my life in chaos and confusion before discovering I was on the autism spectrum at the age of 50. Through healing my past trauma and embracing my neurodivergence, I found a new path to empowerment and self-discovery—what I now call "Ultimate Divergence."
