About the Presenter:
Dr. Norris Austin (1936-2013) - After graduating from high school, Norris entered the United States Navy where he bravely and honorably served his country. As a constant advocate for education and literacy, he earned numerous academic degrees: Bachelors' and Masters' degrees in History, Counseling, and Administrative Education; Three Doctoral Degrees: an Ed.D., a Ph.D. (both in Education); and a J.D. in law, respectively. A longtime educator in Houston I.S.D., who was formerly a Assistant Principal at Robert E. Lee Sr. High and formerly principal at Francis Scott Key Jr. High.

This Educational Series on the Constitution for the United States of America was filmed over the span of two weeks during the Summer of 1997.
