Fatal Shooting at O'Cielo Mexican Bar & Grill in Memphis Streamed on Facebook Live

Two people were shot inside a Memphis nightclub and one of those victims has died, according to Memphis Police Department.

Manager of club believes security guard's gunshot was accidental

The security guard that was working at the club has been arrested for the shooting.

Police rushed to O'Cielo Bar and Grill on American Way on Wednesday night after a shooting happened at the business. It appears there was a birthday party happening inside the club.

One victim was pronounced dead at the scene; the other victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The 30-year-old victim remains in critical condition at the hospital, according to MPD.

Friends said Alvin Hart was the man killed at the nightclub. They said he was the father of three and a well-known barber who owned his own shop.

"He was a real brother for me. Anything I asked for him. We can talk," Ricky Junios, grew up with Hart, said.

One nightclub patron posted video inside the club after the shooting on Facebook.
