While countless people lay dying under piles of cars, mud and rubble, the military submissively limited itself to crying and waiting several days for permission to help.
Dabouza, a brave soldier and former UME officer, has just filed a criminal complaint against the president of the state meteorological agency for possible crimes of professional negligence and prevarication.
It also gives instructions to military personnel and officials on how to report irregularities and corruption.
These are the soldiers we need, not weak-willed crybabies who sit around for days while children and the elderly agonize and die cruelly.
