This is Sheena: Queen of the Jungle, Season 1 Episode 1, Crash in the Jungle, from 1955. A plane crashes in the jungle. The pilot was delivering film containing rare footage of a secretive native tribe taken by a documentary film maker. The pilot, Andy, is convinced that his plane was sabotaged. Bob explains the situation to Sheena finds out that the alleged film never existed because the tribe would never have permitted their images to be captured.
