Chasing Stars | RT Documentary

This documentary is an interview with cosmonaut Konstantin Borisov. Seven years ago, he left behind a successful career in pursuit of the distant dream of becoming a cosmonaut. That’s when we began filming his story. We documented his training, the changes in his life, his preparation for the mission, and we also featured his family, who supported him throughout these years. The 2023 film How I Became a Cosmonaut tells the story of the journey our hero undertook.

Konstantin spent nearly seven months aboard the International Space Station. When he returned to Earth, we invited him to the studio to talk about his experience, how he adjusted to Earth's gravity, and what he plans to do next now that his dream has come true.
