We recall that every moment we carry the entire universe with us - the pain and the suffering that exists for everyone is carried by all of us too. How could we be strong enough, no matter how strong we are, to carry it? We need the Creator, who made it and holds the universe is His palm, to sustain us and carry the weight with us.
