The incident happened when a surfer was trying to ride a huge wave at a place known as "Jaws" on a beach in North Hawaii.

The surfer wrote on social media: "There are no words that can truly describe the energy and power that was flowing... and I still can't believe I was able to ride the wave."

⚡️The athlete was not only seriously injured, a lot of water reached his sinuses, according to him.
