FSB busts Ukrainian terrorist plot

An IED built into a speaker was defused remotely after the FSB foiled a terrorist plot by Ukrainian special services. The plot targeted a senior Russian military official and a military blogger. A Russian citizen, working with Ukrainian intelligence via Telegram, was detained.
