The first thing that every healthy guy does is they don't confuse their physique or aesthetics for their health.
Just because someone walks around with six pack abs and appreciable muscle mass, doesn't mean that they live a healthy lifestyle. If that same person had yellow eyes, brittle nails, or their hair was falling out; you wouldn't consider them to be "healthy" even though they have an impressive physique.
