Sebastian Zapeta, a recent "MIGRANT" from Guatemala, is identified as the man who burned an innocent woman on the New York subway train in Brooklyn.
Shockingly, in the video, the guy fanning the fire is Zapeta himself, who is seen attempting to put out the fire while onlookers and even the NYPD failed to intervene quickly enough to assist the victim or even apprehend him.
