I found a civilian CAP Civil Air Patrol Lackland Air Force at the airport

Back at the SA airport I found a civilian CAP Civil Air Patrol Lackland. I didn’t know they even existed and is part of the U.S. Air Force.

I believe the Colonel was trying to communicate with President Biden on the radio.
