Trump advisor Glassner says Trump and Musk are a ‘formidable team’ to take on wasteful spending

Trump advisor Michael Glassner expresses full confidence in Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) Chief Elon Musk’s ability to shrink the size of government and cut $2 trillion from the federal budget. “He’s obviously extremely brilliant, accomplished, a genius and I think working together with President Trump and Vivek Ramaswamy, I think they can make real change,” he says. “That number is huge, but the amount of waste and corruption in the government is also huge. So it’s a target rich environment for the DOGE.”
