f you began this practice by assessing the participants, as is recommended, it's time to take the second assessment. As you gather this and subsequent assessments, you'll begin to get a clearer picture of the impact this practice has. Sharing the results with the group encourages people and confirms the facilitators conviction.
After the 2 year practice, the assessments showed about a 50% improvement in the group.
Don't be discouraged if your results aren't that dramatic yet. You may only have 2 assessments to compare. The more data you collect (by conducting the same assessments repeatedly) the clearer the picture will become. Sometimes it's a challenge to take time for the assessments, but it is worth it.
