Fitness Friday: Brand New Training Cycle

Here is the first workout in my new lifting cycle. This cycle is designed with the goals of preparing me to start sprinting again, improve my bouldering (i.e. climbing), build some muscle and strength, and to improve health overall. I train grip strength (no videos for that part yet, but I'm working on it), back, shoulders and chest.
