It is so easy - make the employers pay a US wage for the exceptional foreign people you bring in. Take away the profit incentive and they will find local talent.

I've been posting on Truth Social for months now that Trump should begin charging a tarrif for each H1B visa workers from india, and a larger tarrif on the mega IT agencies from india that have contracted to outsource entire departments at companies. By doing that, it would finally put us American workers at an even level playing field pay wise. That was MY IDEA!
