How much value will tech keep having anyway? The proportion of pay for tech is in reverse to what people actually need. The Russians currently seem to have the upper hand in defence and attack technology. Importing Russian expertise and workers would be more advantageous.

It has to be America. How many people do you see saying America first, they support their own country. Too many people want to give it away.

NSF, NIH, NASA grants currently fund mostly foreign students. Foreign professors bring in foreign students. This is why most of the graduate students in our universities are foreign students. We need to change that and start educating our American students. We have many capable students that need financial support. Make these grants support a higher percent of American students.
