#20 Jamar Redmon of South Bend, IN on 3/4/2024 had been speaking graphically and controllingly with a perceived 14 yo minor. Mr. Redmon wanted the minor to come over to his mother's house while his mother was at work. Mr. Redmon lives with his mother because he is unemployed and does not have a vehicle. Mr. Redmon lives across the street from Riley High School with girls the same age as the decoy. Mr. Redmon even stated in the conversation that he can see the school from every window on the front of the house. Mr. Redmon denied plea deals and is taking this to trial this coming March.
