Big four Australian banks are subject to the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code)

Australian banks (who fraudulently loan your own money to you from your strawman "cestui que vie" trust and charge you interest on it) are actually foreign trust Corporations registered with the SEC in the United States. They are listed as 'non-entities' with ASIC. Major shareholders of Westpac, for example, include J P Morgan, HSBC, Citicorp, Blackrock, Vanguard, Capital Group, State Street, and Fidelity. So much for being 'Australian'....
