Caught on Camera: Man climbs out of police car, rides roof

It was like something out of a movie. A couple was driving on a highway in Texas when they spotted something strange – a man sitting on top of a car! And not just any car - a police cruiser. The couple say when the officer passed them they noticed the back door was open, and feet were sticking out. During the next 10 minutes they watched the inmate climb out of the car and onto the roof. Minutes later backup arrived, and when the cruiser stopped--- the man was arrested.
