“Terrorist gangs from the former al-Nusra front have been deployed in the streets of Syria to prevent Alawite protests. Multiple causalities have been reported as the al-Nusra militants begin carrying out mass arrests and repression of the crowds.

This is the largest protest in Syria since the fall of the Assad government, and the situation seems to be spiralling rapidly towards a new civil war as Alawite militias are forming to fight back against the new al-Qaeda government.“
