AMAZING Grilled Fish in Malaysia! 🇲🇾 IKAN BAKAR

From Kuala Lumpur I took a plane to the famous Penang, the foodie island in West Malaysia which is notorious for its incredible street food scene. In this Malaysian food vlog I'm in the Batu Ferringhi beach looking for grilled fish, or, Ikan Bakar, which is how they call it in both Malaysia and Indonesia.
I found a restaurants that served it although I wouldn't swear it was best Ikan Bakar ever. I found it was burned on the top but then on the bottom it was just perfect so I'm not sure if it's supposed to look that way?

I'm gonna stay in Penang for a little bit before moving to Perhentian Islands for a break from civility ahah. Stay tuned as I explore the culinary world of Penang!
