Video shows deadly Kazakh plane crash, survivors pulled from wreck

Eyewitness video shows a plane operated by Azerbaijan Airlines bursting into flames as it hits the ground and thick black smoke rising. Many are feared dead in the crash and bloodied and bruised passengers can be seen stumbling from an intact piece of the fuselage. This video contains disturbing images.
