How to Reflect Effectively

1️⃣ Celebrate Wins

Write down everything you accomplished, no matter how small.

2️⃣ Evaluate Challenges

Ask yourself:

What didn’t go as planned?

What could I have done differently?

3️⃣ Extract Lessons

Turn challenges into growth opportunities.

Example: If procrastination held you back, plan to tackle similar tasks earlier next week.

4️⃣ Set New Goals

Define one or two goals for the upcoming week based on what you’ve learned.

Example: Spend 30 minutes daily on skill development or prioritize your health by exercising 3 times a week.

Let’s say you felt unproductive this week. After reflection, you realized that scrolling social media took up too much time.

Lesson: Limit social media usage.

Plan: Set a timer for 30 minutes daily for social media next week and use the extra time for meaningful tasks.
