Identifying the Corporate Mind Set within us; we've been indoctrinated to outsource our decision making, to feel that there is some real impose-able penalty that we should fear. This often imaginary consequence causes us to automatically seek out a fall guy, in other words, someone to point the finger at or to blame. This is the result of generations of implied training (programming) and it has robbed us all of a major part of our independence.
