An illegal immigrant shot a SA Police female police officer during a confrontation spawning from a domestic violence call in July 28 2024 in San Antonio Tx. Venezuelan gang member Tren De Aragua Jorge Chacon-Gutierrez was shot dead in his girlfriend’s apartment he was found with a shotgun in the bed.

The illegal alien was detained by Custom Border Patrol after illegally crossing into Eagle Pass, Texas in November 2023. He was apprehended and released in the U.S. with a NTA & court date set for April 2026.

He most likely was transported to the American Replacement Center ARC where
SA Police and Catholic Charities of SA protected him and supported him with shelter, clothing and 3 square meals a day along with cable entertainment in Spanish.
